saam:
wont we need a poll or at least discussion for city placement #2?
we have a poll with placement #1, but the existing proposal B is not polled on. if we start the discussion now based on the assumption the donsig-position is taken for A, maybe we can get the discussion done until the TC and have a poll up on saturday running till tuesday for position #2.
we could start discussion monday for position #3 and then post a poll for it on wednesday morning going till friday.
on thursday morning discussion for #4 is started and put to poll on saturday and so forth.
this way we would be a minimum of 1 city in advance without having to poll a whole bunch of cities at once.
(so always start the discussion of the next city before the turnchat when a city is placed and get it to a poll on the day after that TC, running till the day of the TC or the day before it)
@ Dis - I hope you're including my next two city placements in your discussion. I wouldn't think that I would have to re-post them individually to be recognized.
@cyc: in fact, i dont know whether i did. i didnt open a new discussion but posted my long-term proposal in the long-term thread. i wont have the time to organize those, and also its the doestic-guy's duty to do so
In light of the change in city locations for location A, I think we should seriously reconsider our proposed location for city B.
In its original location, it will be automatically connected to our road network, but it fails to employ use of the game tiles in the forest SW of Bavaria. We should consider moving the city to tile B'.
I can't remember who proposed this originally, but we should discuss and decide prior to the next t/c.
Forty- I strongly agree with this. Expecially with the capture of Tlaxcala (if renamed, it will go to Donsig) B' makes sense. It would make a continuous block. Post HERE if you disagree with it, if not, I will poll it tomorrow.
Also- 40. Could you remake the proposals for borders (both) to reflect the new cities?
No problem here. Poll it soon before it gets too late. Saturday is going to be here quickly so it will likely take a quick poll. Be sure to identify it as a quick poll so that we don't have any legal hangups in the 11th hour. Also, when you make the poll be sure to include links to these posts and to the original post for this location (I think it might be in one of our "Official City Placement" polls. )
As far as redoing the border proposal maps, I assume you mean CT's Gem Mountain proposal and my Capitol Province proposal. I'll try to get it done as soon as possible.
