No this shouldn't be happening as @ChimpanG says. Lysefjord should use PLACEMENT_PIOPIOTAHI but it doesn't look like it is in this case? I've seen this happen when the TerrainElement isn't loaded or correctly referenced but I'm not sure why it would be in this case.

Have you only recently purchased the Vikings Scenario Pack DLC by any chance?

Try restarting the game, reloading your save game and see if the issue persists.

Just began attempting to mod the iOS version I don’t believe this particular mod is working well but I’m rather new to mods iOS really isn’t the easiest platform to learn on. I’ll try to keep notes about wat I’ve tried to do with it

First, I just want to say I love this mod. So awesome! Thanks for all your hard work in designing it for us.

Second, in the game I'm currently playing I've discovered that five of the natural wonders are RIGHT NEXT to a City-State. Your mod description says: "City-States will now spawn 5 tiles away from a natural wonder where possible, up from the default 3 tiles." So I think this could be the result of a conflict or maybe it's just a bug. I'm also using the CIVITAS City-States Expanded mod in this game. Could that be the cause of the problem?

Here are a few screengrabs for reference...

Hey @qadams thanks very much. It would appear that the global parameter that we have changed to set the distance between City-States and NWs is not 100% guaranteed unfortunately. It's kinda annoying but not really something we can force it would seem. My guess is that it kinda gets ignored when it has no other option to fit a lot of NWs and a lot of City-States on the map. In the user settings file, there is an option that will allow you tune down the number of NWs that appear on the map, and this should go some way toward fixing that. I might adjust the default NWs that appear on the map in this mod as this has happened a few times and there doesn't really seem to be another way around it.

I'm currently updating City-States Expanded at the moment and I can at least confirm that there is no issue of compatibility between the two as the number of City-States that appear is still determined by the slider on the pre-game setup. It's all to do with the reason above. Hope that helps!

Thanks for the reply, Chim. I appreciate it.

Now I have another question regarding the Mirabilis mod. Have you guys considered changing both the Dead Sea and Lake Retba wonders so they do not provide fresh water? They certainly don't in real life. I mean, just look at the discovery quote from Retba: "Water, water, everywhere, nor any drop to drink." Of course you could also buff them in some other way to make up for the lost benefits.

That's already a part of this mod actually. ChimpanG and Deliverator had that change with Dead Sea and Retba in from the very first release. And they've both been buffed with the design philosophy of standardizing tile yields from NWs directly to +5 total and having ownership effects.

Are you sure it works that way? When I discovered Lake Retba, I checked it out with the Settler lens. All the hexes around the wonder are shown as bright green, indicating fresh water. It's possible, I suppose, that it's only on the display, and that if you actually found a city there, you don't get the benefits.
