terrain tweaks

I mostly like Blue Marble, but think the plains should be greener, so made a greener texture. Also, I like the oceans from Liambane's Earth 35 Civs, but I like the coasts to be a little lighter. For your convenience, I am also uploading his Ocean & Water textures.
