Also, apologies for late reaction times. My dad was watching me rather closely, then we had to go out for Father's day (which TBH, was actually nice). Due dates moved back. Front page will be updated tomarrow. Diplomacy will be worked on NAO.

As always, questions are certainly welcome, whether PM'ed, VM'ed or posted. Please don't make them condescending or anything, especially concerning "failures". If I DID make a mistake and you can make me realize it, I will make amends however I can.

I will leave all diplomacy concerning the Nile "Open" for until tomarrow for now. So make whatever arrangements you wish.

The "Civil war" stats make no sense :p. Why does my side have the Beduins?

Oh and if you are done with the stats, how 'bout the response to the diplo for a quick civil war end?

The thing with the civil war is the situation is really really teneous. The way you or Axum say stuff can suddenly make all of Lower Egypt defect to Erez, or make Nubia defect to the God-King, or make several dozen units defect and then slaughter each other. So far, it is split a bit 50/50, with Canaan with an advantage with Beduins and in troop numbers, while Thebes has more experienced troops, but they are stuck in Kush. The troops in Kush can easily march south and destroy the rest of Kush, BTW, if they somehow get their act together.

That doesn't show in the stats, and you mean the 5 Spearmen left can take on the huge Kush army?

Really. Kush lost not a single men it seems.

Anyway, I care much mroe about the deal I offered the Canaanite king. He will marry the queen and adopt her child as his heir, making him King (and making me play him, evily ;) )

From the God-King of Egypt (Residing in Canaan)

I will indeed marry you, sister. However, our first child will be King, and yours with the former God-King Massarati, who has lost the favor of the Gods, shall merely be King of Canaan as I was. And His line shall work to regain the favor your husband has lost while our new line shall renew the blessings of the Gods.

OOC: Really, you wiped out an entire turn's worth of recruitment. You also took out a whole bunch of troops from other members of the trade confederation. While Kush at Sevoria has to manage the chaos you guys left behind, your army can march southwards unopposed, if they can somehow collect themselves to do so, that is.

Please reconsider this King of Canaan. Declare him your heir and Egypt will be united. If you do not, Egypt will be ripped into pieces again. (OOC: If he agrees, he can lie, which I very much intend on having him do).

OOC: I did? Well they wiped more from me. I'm still way behind in numbers, even just against Kush. Anyway...

From the Keepers of the Codex

It saddens us to say this, but our efforts to restore the codex, to enrich all our cultures, has suffered a major stumbling block. The passage of time (and a clumsy adept whom has been dealt with) has damaged it more then we initially believed. Thus, we ask for your help, and seek donation to assist us in completing this great and noble task. Help us enrich the heritage of all who follow Takarzi and Exnot.

Of COURSE I will make him my Heir. (if he survives! MWAHAHAHAHAHA)
That is great King of Canaan, or should I call you, God-King of Egypt and Canaan. Our weddings will be grand, greater than the hundred weddings of Rezzemus! Bring you beduin allies to find husbands among the Egyptian elite for their daughters. I will send messengers across Egypt. A new God-King have been crowned in Thebes.

Come and smoke Bay Leaves and roll in Woad and Pigs Blood with us! It will make you as high as the stars!
From Settlers
The Way of the Woad is very… disturbing. On the surface they follow Druidic gods and spirits, but in truth they follow the addictive and destructive tendencies of the smoke and battle trance.

Dumonos
Spoiler :
From the Daughters of the Trinity
The enslavement of the Ipren Druids is distasteful and shocking. We request 3EP to buy as many of them as possible and emancipate them!
We also thank you for your donations to the Daughters of the Trinity.
From Lundien
Far to the north, the people follow a strange sect of Druidism known as the Way of the Woad. Should we accept their strange and destructive ways?
From Coruna
We wish for aid to establish further trade routes with you, and with our Druidic neighbors in Vascony.

Buertgang Empire
Spoiler :
From Kentus
We will continue to colonzie Brittania. For the Faith!
From the Iron Lances
We have an idea. Instead of selling all the Ipren Slaves, hand over the children (or sell it to us for some EP). We will turn them away from Druidism and into the Faith using our most effective conversion techniques, and they shall become our greatest warriors, as their fathers had resisted against you.
From Ostava
We wish to build a road connecting the Seine and the Rhine, from our homeland to yours. Can you send a few EP for this endeavor?
From Danyaria
Brothers of the Faith, the devious Buggerites are not to be trifled with! However you intend to deal with them, we will stand by you, as our true friend Ostava has done.
From the Pheonix Horde
The people of Vahshallah are weak, prideful, and insane, quite unlike yourself and the true belief of the Faith. Reject their cries for aid and convince others to join you, and we will convert to the Faith, end their childish mewing, and rally any Buggerites near your borders to the Faithful banner.

Vahshallah
Spoiler :
From the Iron Lances
We will stand up against any attacks on the Faith! However, next time refrain from such stupidity, or we will find a reason to replace your dynastic line with one we will agree more with. The Buggerites are ripe for conversion as our newest warriors, and you just ruined that chance.
From Ostava
We will send some aid.
From Hanberg
Of course, we will send some aid.
From Pommerania
We will send ships and supplies.
From Kentus
The little aid we can muster is yours.

Alfrenks
Spoiler :
From the Alfrenks
ALL HAIL THE ALFRENKS!
From the Iron Lances
Refrain from crossing the Rhone, and respect the Faithful still living on the lands, and we can avoid unnecessary loss… for you.
From Ostava
We should come to an agreement to our new borders concerning the former lands of the Nesfrenks.

Leon
Spoiler :
From the People
DOWN WITH THE FAITH!
From Priests, Nobles, ect
What is this peasant rebellion? Stop it! Stop it now! Besides, what will we worship INSTEAD of The Faith, huh?

Katan
Spoiler :
From Doria
We are willing to have peace from your mighty loins. Let us settle in the ruins of Varna, then, and we will not have any more conflict with you.
From Varna
What is required for peace?

The Keeepers of the Codex
Spoiler :
From the Emissionaries of Exnot
The High King of Katan is now over five-sixth Makedonian, my liege. Shall you inform them of our great achievement?
From Varna
We shall await the end of the war.
From Apulia
Despite difficulties due to the rise of pirates, we will send 2EP for the cause!

To Hyak
Spoiler :
From Boukae
All hail the High King!
From the Horde of the Chariot
I, Haldran-Shan son of Cyrus, will hope to continue our friendship, uncle, that my fathers had.
From the Horde of the Bow
The Horde of the Chariot is made up of weaklings and civilized folk! They can never defeat us!

Diplomacy I still have to do: Japan (all diplomats got kicked down wells), Khand (Timestop prevents diplomacy), Egypt (Um... what is there to say. Hey I am your ally and I continue to support you?)

So Canaan is no more and has been for now united into Egypt with this change of God-King. I'll need the final stats. Call this new Egypt - United Egyptian Empire (and not Neo-Egyptian Empire, that's the old name). I'll post a wedding and cheating story soon enough.

As for Axume.

to Axume:
You can still leave Kush behind and have peace. Our naval expertise has defeated you, and our armies still raid upon Kush and are situated deep inside. The old God-King is dead, he has lost favor to Osiris and made stupid mistakes, favor that now I have received and mistakes which I will not do. I have no interest in your defeat, but Kush have insulted the crown of the Nile, and must pay for the insolence. Egyptian interest in the Long Sea is now over. Retreat your support from Kush, or we will be forced to move on and end trade in the Long Sea forever, in that way, ending the mercantile Axume.

From Kush

It seems that being blessed by the Gods is also followed by being blessed with Stupidity. We will fix the roads soon enough, and after that, we will find your troops where they squabble, and kill them where they stand.

@ erez, I will get your new stats tomorrow. I need to relax now. Have fun.

Take your time :) good night for today anyway :p

To: The Daughters of the Trinity
We will give you the EP you desire to free the Ipren Druids.

To: The Hibernian Chiefs
This is King Amata and I will come.

To: The Settlers
Of course they are very disturbing. Hopefully, we can pull them out of the way of the woad.

Spoiler :
From Priests, Nobles, etc
What is this peasant rebellion? Stop it! Stop it now! Besides, what will we worship INSTEAD of The Faith, huh?

To: Priests, Nobles, etc of Leon
You could always follow Druidism.

OOC: Time to invade Egypt.
OOC: Shall we make it a date?

To Hyak
From Boukae
All hail the High King!

From: Hyak

Hail to my loyal ally! We may have further use of your alliance in the years to come.

To: Haldran-shan of the Horde of the Chariot
From: Hyak

A friendship forged side by side in battle is stronger than any other. Let us conquer the earth.

To: Horde of the Bow
From: Hyak

You are a whetstone, upon which my son shall sharpen his blade.

OOC: Interesting that both the Medes and the Phoenix horde use the title 'Shan'. CONNECTION?

OOC: If they handed over their weapons, they will be killed by non-civilized Buggerites. D=<

It was a metaphorical speech designed to persuade them not to attack me, as I had thought they had challenged me to do so... didn't they challenge me to war? So, acting under that assumption, I gave them a graciously massive hyperbolic metaphorical saying in order to get them to do that and preserve peace, they misunderstood, and now there is warfare. My bad on that count, I didn't really communicate well there.

Who could have seen this coming?

You are Zirilist, among the last of your kind. A century ago, their merchants dominated ALL trade in the Mediterranean, with the mere exception of the Levant. Now ony few survive in Utica, and the few Zirilists in the Thloryn Trade Union.

You have rebelled from the grand Sardican Emprie of yore to join Toras-Noth in their fight against the Faith. Both empires perished in the fires of Etna.

Currently, you are resettling Zirilia, IRL Sicily, which is covered in ash and death due to the explosion of Ziril, IRL Etna. There are various survivers there, and also on the Valyrian, IRL Italy, Peninsula which your government is hoping to save.

You are generally isolationist at this time, focusing more on resettling Zirilia than diplomatic meetings. This might change soon as the desert frontier is being pacified and farming expands with the aid of Irrigation.

Your traders, with the support of your friendly Thlory Trade Union members, range from Leon to Apulia; in Apulia, they are more accepted than their Novaricum (tripoli) counter parts.

So I have a bunch of trade contacts stretching across the Mediterranean (or whatever it's called here)? What's my relationship with Novaricum?

WRONG. I told you they are becoming a nation with your help, therefore you SHOULD send orders to help them. It is as if America is nation building in Afghanistan and sends contractors, when wonders why they have to send contractors. BECAUSE YOU ARE NATION BUILDING.

@ DC123ect

Both of you were once Sardican colonies. You left because Sardica is Faithful and you are Zirilist-Novaricum left because they are freewheeling hippies and they don't like war.

@ Iggy

Yep, they all came from a certain place you guys would know about if Varna is a PC, but since it is NPC you shall suffer from the unknowledge! :mwaha:
