Text Bug when Mouse-over

The text when mouse-over the icon is probably wrong.

I was looking at an install with all DLC except BNW, I couldn't find a reference to txt_key_notification_unmet_lost_capital anywhere.

Civ5GameTextInfos_Jon.xml contains entries for TXT_KEY_NOTIFICATION_PLAYER_LOST_CAPITAL and TXT_KEY_NOTIFICATION_SOMEONE_LOST_CAPITAL (which is the unmet player key in the original game).

CIV5GameInfos2_Expansion.xml contains TXT_KEY_NOTIFICATION_OTHER_LOST_CAPITAL which specifies who lost their capital.

No trace of the string you're showing. Must be a BNW issue.

Are you using any mods?

No, no mods. My guess is that this is a BNW thing and that it will sort itself out tomorrow when it unlocks for me.

I have encountered this exact notification. Not BNW related.
