Texture Mod Question

I've noticed a lot of people posting pictures of their DoC games with excellent, high-graphics texture. Is there a mod for this that someone can point me in the direction of?

You might mean the BlueMarble module, which you can get here (scroll down a bit).

There's also another texture mod used by some people, not sure where that comes from.
