Some stuff from the end of the 18th century might not be bad either. Adam Smith's Trading Company could make a return, if not the "Wealth of Nations". Maybe some Philosophy from Kant, or music from Mozart.

Does the Arc De Triumphe fit?

Here are three extremely famous castles/palaces...

Will gas weapons be used in game?
Also, how are the leaderheads coming, any help needed there?

I'd love for gas weapons to be somehow incorporated, but am unsure how to implement that.

As for other things, this whole project has been slowing down in a major way for real life reasons. I'm still slowly working on it, but the pace has been down to like 1-2 hours/week :( . When I have workable breaks, I'll be able to do more, but until then the pace is very, very slow. So, nothing has been done for leadheads yet. I'm tied doing resources/buildings right now, but they won't be done for a while.

EDIT: Thanks for more good suggestions, dh_epic. :goodjob:

Alright, I'll delve into google again later for more leaderheads, is it your job or your family (wow, that applies, again, congrats) that is taking up yo time?

What is your work anyhow?

anyhow
gute nacht

Another year of graduate school has begun. I've also started teaching undergraduate courses.

Hi AG, I'm glad you're working on a new mod. Looks very promising too.
I wanted to comment on Nationalism. I don't think this civic should be unavailable for any ideology. I know that, in theory -or better from an ideologic point of view, nationalism and communism don't cope very well, but in practice, hence from a political point of view, when and where communism became a reality, it was on a quite nationalistic base. I also consider the time period of your scenario (plus another half century) as the age of nationalism, so I believe that it should be available in any case.

AG, what are you majoring in again?

This mod looks awesome. I can't wait till it's ready.

Thanks for your interest, sorry for the delayed reply. I hear your case, but one point of the ideology system is the limiting of civics based on ideology. That mechanic is kind of lost if more than one civic in each group is available to everyone. There is a strong case that 19th-century socialism and communism were more internationalist than nationalist. So, at least here, the communist ideology represents more "Paris Commune" than "Stalinist Pan-Slavism."

Thanks for the interest, everyone. And thanks for your patience... I'm sorry for the major delay in production of this mod.

Rome wasn't built in a day

Hey there AG. All the concepts you have shown here look absolutely FANTASTIC-and utterly revolutionary IMO. If its even HALF as good as your Europa, Europa mod, then this will utterly ROCK. I should also note that your Ideology concept has encouraged me to look at creating a seperate ideology system for the latter half of the regular game-a system which can operate parallel to the existing religion system. Well done again AG :).
