The Abolition of our Senate

Our Senate is an anachronism. It also scares people off from being a governor (as it almost got me) and as such prevents people from being more involved. So, I propose that we abolish it. I have a couple different plans.

One of the few things the Senate as a whole does is decide the slider settings, at least according to the Code of Laws. However, they certainly don't need to do this. Instead, concentrate that power in the MIA, or a deputy in charge of slider settings. That is an idea I like, having people with small jobs that act underneath ministers (in canada they're called "secretaries of state") and this would get more people involved. I'll post details of my idea later, but right now I think it is good for us to discuss it at least.

It's changed. We have the DFL to do that now, fortunately.

That is old and should have been changed. My bad. :(

The Minister of Finance and Labor takes care of slider settings now.

Lol, and to think that that our COL would have been up to date. Does the Senate have any say in anything?

Yeah, sorry I even mentioned it back in DG1. ;) Seemed like a good idea at the time...
