I'm probably going to keep it the same for work reasons.
Do you have all the leaders for the civs
I have 3 leaders for every civ except for Portugal. If someone could give me leaders for Portugal, that would help a lot.
take your pick.
Thank you, I'll check it out tonight.
I really feel Firaxis underemphasized mass production compared to previous civ's, and the introduction of the car didnt really feel all that important in Civ4.
I agree with this wonder. (whatever name is chosen), but perhaps the 5 sports cars could be reduced to 2 or 3 and the extra movement seems superfluous considering the mobilized units acquired as upgrade.
IN ADDITION: to represent the eventual globalization of car manufacturing, a National Wonder could be added "Automobile Factory" or whatever. Which is capable of producing 1 sports car and 1 gold from the town it is built in. (the World Wonder would replace this).
This sort of national wonder would allow civilizations to support their own citizens with an auto industry, if they are unable to convince the world leader in auto manufacturing to export their excess cars to them.
imo, similar national wonders should be created for hit musicals, movies, etc. all resource development.
also, has any thought been given into a champ-elysees wonder ? perhaps some culture or great person bonus, but requires 2 or 3+ world/national monuments to be constructed in the selected city.
Hello, when will this mod ready ?
For about the 50th time, we can't release that information publically.
Right now, we're along.
Hi, really like the sound of this mod, Sevomod is brilliant but doesn't address many of the things you are planning to. A suggestion: in Civ 2 you could terrafom e.g. grind mountains down to fields with a stack of engineers. I don't think the mod should allow actions as extreme as that, but it is possible to reclaim land out of the sea - it's been done in the south of Engalnd (portsmouth) and I'm sure in other place too.
It is possible to "reclaim land form the sea", however think about porportions. If you think how much 1 tile (in civ) is in square miles (or kilometers) in real life, it would be really hard to re-claim that much land.
Yes, what ice2k4 said.
You know how you have the Olymic Games concept, maybe it should be World Cup. Based on history soccer has a lot more impact than the olympics on uniting the world. I mean even right now the Ivory Coast called a cease-fire (rebellious, coup d'tet's and fighting factions would describe the west african country) just becasue they're national soccer team was put in the World Cup for the first time.
Also back in WWI on Christmas Day the British and the Germans called a cease-fire (yeh everyone had to be a good christian then) and the trenches played an organized soccer game, between the two countries. (Germany won 3-2.)
There was also a conflict between two South American countries, which I forget, who called a peace treaty a while back for the world cup.
Also the world cup is a lot more powerful in countries than the olympics (except for canada and america.) I mean it actually has the power to shut down entire cities. (Yes I know this was advertised by espn.)
Just a little insight.
I realized that watching the Cup today. (Ivory Coast-Argentina to be specific.) I think we should include both.
Soccer has also started a war. It was between Honduras and El Salvador in the '80s.
Yeh, I was thinking about that, but decided it didn't support my cause much. But then again, remember what happened at the Olympics in Munich. Not saying the olympics cause it obvously, but it became a great oppurtunity for it to happen.
I happen to be watching the movie Munich right now.
That was a great movie btw.
i think zaire called a 48 hour cease fire to watch pele play in their capital city.
That was it. I couldn't think of what it was.
Was that a conclusion of or simple the place where you stopped thinking?
And for your information I was born in England, Yorkshire and I can speak English fluently with a Yorkshire accent.
Why do you even waste your time and troll here?
