Great ideas! This makes a new game. First, food trade empire wise. Yes. But not automatic. I mean the player tells the food that comes from and go to (ok to a default). About migration, not so sure. It can even counter-act the food trade. I see the food trade command as the only tool needed. (Grow the agri pop not trading all food surplus if any; after trade some, then all food surplus. And always choose where said delivery goes to; the production/ specialists cities will grow fast). But, what the poor AI thinks about this? Anyway when/if non-simultaneous MP comes, it shall be an excellent game.
