The appearance of harmony followers

I wonder if Harmony followers still look like humans. Or give up any humanity

They become less human as they progress in the affinity.

In the early game, they're just humans with green tubes stuck in their bodies.

But in the late game, they transform into creatures who look like the alien animals native to the planet.

Think of it. The genetic blend of the best of two worlds. Countless opportunities to enhance and increase on the available genomes, removing obselete and redundant genes once plagueing the body, mind, and soul! It's a paradise waiting to be!

There's every possibility here to get rid once and for all of the spleen trope.

I don't think the Harmony will have alien parts such as beaks and something like scales etc. I think they are just nothing but trying to infuse only alien's immunity genes to their body. But I have to say that if they can change their appearance it will be awesome (sometimes).
