The Backstab Boys: Top civs to never trust?

Pretty much any AI will backstab if you have a major red modifier with them such as warmonger penalty.
However, I have yet to be backstabbed when in good standing with these leaders (whenever I see them as neighbors I knew I was in for an easy game): Theodora, William, Kamehameha, Sejong.
The rest of them are douches whom you must keep a close eye on.

Sometimes the most random things ever happen in this game. I was good friends with my neighbor Alexander and once our declaration of friendship expired he invaded me with everything he had. It took many turns but I finally forced him out and made peace. Then, after the peace treaty expired he invaded me AGAIN with what little of his army was left (3 units) and I finished those off, then took every one of his cities with the slightest effort. Same thing happened with China. Same game, about 50 turns after I conquered Greece, then China invaded me with everything it had right after our DOF ended. I again pushed them out and then nuked them to oblivion. Other untrustworthy ones would be Egypt and England.
