Good to know that. Yes, eventually I hope will be able to.
Great online city population timeline tool. http://population.city/
Civitas is already an improvement civcity, you can set also set city population, in addition to improvements and ownership.
@CurtSibling Yes , though they are architecturally correct for the time, these are placeholders. For example, Rethymno was a medieval walled city until after WWII, and this goes for most of the islands, where the "Chora" is usually a walled settlement, that retained its medieval walls to protect against pirate raids (that went on up to the early 19th c.). The underlying urban terrain needs change too.
-edit-oops, I see what you mean. I need civtweak for that. I could run widowsXP mode on virtualPC under windows7 with no problems but now windowsXP mode only runs with HyperV under windows 10 AND most importantly needs a valid windows XP activation licence now(wait, what?). Which is technically feasible, but realistically & legaly impossible. Thankfully I have an old XP machine at work, so I will fix it come monday. https://www.download3k.com/articles...achine-to-Windows-10-or-8-using-Hyper-V-00770
TheNamelessOne is incorporating CivCity and Civtweak features in his Civitas tool, btw.
-edit- Found a temporary workaround.
