My main objective in this one was to drown the world in missionaries and try to convert every city available. While I didn't quite get there on the islands, I converted the entirety of the home continent, and pretty much the whole of the distant lands. This finally popped on the very last turn of the Exploration era, allowing me to get one of the two extra beliefs:
I don't know whether that's by design, but if it is, it feels like a pretty underwhelming design. I was still at 0/2 bonus beliefs at over 90% of the world converted, and it took 97% to get just one. On top of that, the conversion of the whole world was only possible because I was playing on a low difficulty, so the AI couldn't outspam me, and I had to pour tons of gold and production into it regardless. The religion system in general needs improving, and that's just one facet of it, but I was curious how much effort it would take to get those, and the answer is - too much.
Having beefed up Toshakhana might have made it worth it, but alas, this is how it actually looks like:
