Found/Flip Frankfurt/Hamburg and make it your capital => Better and more efficient city => easier victory.
Take the challenge and Build Berlin => worse city site which also screws optimal placement of other german cities => harder victory.

Harder victory => virtually higher score, ie more satisfaction.

Blizzrd and AP => the 2 CFCers who actively tried to find challenges for CFC

Blizzrd and AP apparently fail to see a challenge in playing Germany with Berlin. Or my messages are just incredibly cryptic (more likely).

I think for a much better challenge, you should delete all starting units except a settler, and give away Frankfurt to France. That would be so much more satisfaction when you win.
