Thought I'd update you lot on my progress or otherwise in the TOS tourney game Obsidian where I'm Austria (again). The consequence of starting with my paranoid opening is that this time I'm doing alot better, in part due to the Turk and I having a fight first before getting it together. Last time the Turk and I did not fight - that is never healthy. My solid Alliances seem to always form after a tussle...

No French build - NMR - which is a pain as Germany are doing the same nonsense as in Garnet, except this time we've got it together in the SE. When will French players see the sense in getting a fair slice of the action?
