Moderator Action: Please remember that the purpose of this thread is to heap lavish praise upon Donald Trump. We've strayed off topic a bit. In the spirit of the OP, I would ask that we stray back to the topic of the thread. Thank you.

I have to severely disagree with this, given that he did so by appealing to their basest instincts.
Orcs say a similar thing about elves in Wesnoth… I don't know whether a game released only two months ago on Steam counts as ‘current’.

He pissed off a lot of people who were too apathetic regarding the dysfunction in US politics.

You can take it that way. You'd be wrong, but you can still take it that way.

Republicans in Rual areas are going to get it Harder and Gooder
The pot has just started to boil as Farmers are wondering if Trump whom pulled out of the TPP is going to be able to secure a better deal. With prices at a record 12 year low and 52% drop in agricultural income you know what that means ?

    McRib is back ! :yumyum:

Trump is very hard-working, which is why people always say "Pardon me..." before
    interrupting him.

    He might destroy NATO.
Should have dissolved after the USSR went away, but better late than never.

Since rulers cast in the mold of Donald Trump usually screw their own electorate harder than their opponents', this might be a case of an entire class of people deserving a collective Darwin Award. This is a reflection, rather than praise (sarcastic or otherwise) since I am not of the same Talionic mind as the OP.
Keeping NATO alive is one of the things that made the Russian government angry enough that eventually Russia is an opponent again and NATO might be necessary. :shake:

I like how he’s making an effort more than previous presidents to secure our borders. I like that he’s against affirmative action programs.

Edit: let me clarify that I support “affirmative action” for people born into poverty, but not based on your ethnicity or sex. Obama pushed for both of those things.

Trump is giving fact-checkers, grammarians, and late-night comedians lots of material.
Trump is providing an incentive for young people to register to vote.
I rarely see MAGA hats anymore, but when they were a thing, producing them in China helped their unemployment rate.
Trump has helped rehabilitate Dennis Rodman's image.
Trump features often in Democratic fund-raising letters.
Trump is empowering racists to climb out from under their rocks--when they can be stepped on.
Trump convinced me to stop watching the NFL. The World Cup is a lot more fun.
Trump is enabling me to distinguish between Republicans who have a moral backbone and Republicans who are spine-less opportunists.
Trump gave my wife the incentive to finally visit Washington, D.C. She still has her pussy hat.
Trump and his administration have introduced me to the wonders of the Bowling Green Massacre, Covfefe, and the SecondCivilWar.

So you support affirmative action for white working class folks, but not for folks against whom there is actual discrimination?

Yeah, I don't think I believe you when you try to pin your Trump vote on me

You realize I’m a minority myself?

“Facing discrimination” is subjective. Being below the poverty line isn’t.

Facing discrimination isn't really subjective in this case, but I do agree that the process of applying to university should, on the whole be made simpler, less ambiguous, and less classist.

I'd imagine the other Minority protections being rolled back, drop by drop as part of Trump administrations agenda is good news as well ?
Academics based admission like in California isnt so bad, its that the pendulum is about to swing in the other direction again on everything else.

And you complain about J? He specifically said:

Not based on ethnicity. Please continue identifying the liars, you're so believable.

Why poverty and not other disadvantages?
