The End speech and what actually happens at the end.

What happens to Erebus in-universe when the world ends? The message (when the AC is 100) seems to imply that it's Agares effectively controlling the world because "hell joins with Erebus, and Erebus joins with hell." But, Tebryn and Gabella act like Armageddon will actually end the world, as in make Erebus go boom. Especially Gabella, because that's the only way she could die.

And who do you think gives The End speech? I think it is the One.

I believe the world ends. Quite-possibly the game doesn't accurately represent this because it would be a bit dull to play 200 more turns of a blank black space waiting for the time victory to say that everyone loses.

Or possibly the 100 AC event, Agares' vault eating Erebus, isn't the same as the end that Gabella and Tebryn are looking for.
