The game crashes after 1.61

I just installed 1.61 patch and now when I open the game everything is fine. But when I choose any option on main menu, the game crashes and there comes message saying that I should report to Microsoft etc. (I reported to MS).
Same thing happens when I load WB save so I can't play the game at all

Specs:
Celeron 2.8 Ghz
Radeon 9200 256 MB
512 MB RAM
Windows XP

Try a clean install, getting rid of any mods that may be in your folders. For most people that have reported issues, a fresh install seems to fix them. And this patch breaks alot of mods, so you have to be careful what you add afterwards.
