The Game I am Looking For

Is there an online browser game that allows multiple countries go to war, and has real-time borders, or something like that?
What I mean is, the farthest extent of military control after a war, unlike invading a country and having the borders remain the same.

It could be downloadable, but preferably non. Any suggestions?

Not.... entirely sure what you mean. I know of a game that is not free or browser, but you can DL a demo... google Making History the calm and the storm

There is nothing I know of quite like that, although there are numerous craptastic browser games. Perhaps Travian?

However none of them can come close to a real game, such as any Civ game, Imperialism, Europa Universaile, Risk, etc etc.
