Just two quick remarks:

1) The minaret looks out of place.
2) Wrong roofs on the houses, I'd suggest to use the middle eastern style of your Babylonian set.

Otherwise, very nice!

I think it looks very good. Not absolutely certain about the monuments' textures though:

I think I preferred the red roofs, but I don't know that much about Byzantine architecture.

Well you got your wish, i think this is the final texture change, and i will model the Hagia Sophia in the following days

What do you think about the textures of the Byzantine set?

Maybe they are a bit more austere than the other ones. Not sure.

i think they are ok, but the well could have been smaller..

It is not a well, it is a fountain, hence the high position of the water.

i have seen such a round fountain in assissi - they said it is roman, but it was on a very low level so people armed with bucktes could refill quickly and extinguish a fire....anyway can you show me a built example, please - i want to learn.

you could have made hagia a little taller...

It could have been more massive, but i had to keep in mind the size so that if you place two cities only 2 squares apart on a diagonal line, one will not overlap with the other. So your answer is that in reality there was little room for changes.
