The "Great People" button doesn't work and I can't open that menu.

I have Gathering Storm but not the Frontier Pack. It's on Epic Games Store. I tried verifying and it didn't work, and now I just tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it didn't work.

No mods, none whatsoever.

I'm experiencing exactly the same problem.
I have the Steam version, all expansions, Frontier pack, and tons of mods.
Never had this problem before.

Additional information : I have several Great Persons on the map which I currently have no place for, but killing them off doesn't change the problem.
