Vandal sat at his desk with his fingers folded at his lap. Then Vandal pulled out a map from one of the cupoards, and rolled it out before him. He looked over it for a moments and then picked up a quill from the desk and dipped it in some ink. He took the quill and drew the new boundries of the Republic of Kassite. Then from the corner of his eye he saw an assassin approach Vandal with a daggar. Vandal shot up, whipped one of his many blades, and killed the man in a split seccond. The Black Guard came through the door way, on que, and took the corpse away. From the doorway also came General Rohm of Kassite, the man who led Vandal's renforcements. "General." Vandal began. Then the General Bowed and walked over to the desk. "Sir, my men are ready for Battle. Where is the next Target." The General said in his deep, burly Voice. Vandal starred at him for a moment and then gestured to the map before them. "The city of Mari, is your next Target." Vandal said toying with the assassin's daggar. The General looked supprised and said, "Mari, why there?" "Because," Vanal said abruptly and sternly, "Mari will stopp all troops from the Seccond Babylonian War, from getting home. Bringing population growth to a halt. Now, bring in General Ionsaigh!" And the General bowed and left. A few moments later General Ionsaigh, a tall, red haired man with very broad sholders wlked through the doorway. He Bowed before Vandal and spoke; "Yes, Doge." Vandal grinned and stood, and whipped out a sword. The General took a knee. Vandal knighted the man and said, "I hereby dubb you, Supreme Commander of the Army, the High-General. Now, I want you and your forces and Attack the Holy City of Madrid." The General nodded and left. High-General Ionsaigh, was a fellow Gallow Pagan, so Vandal expected that Ionsaigh would do his duty without mercy. A few moments later Vandal sat back down and continued to toy with the new blade.
