The Manhattan Project of Thebes

I propose to build the Manhattan Project in the great city of Thebes. Assuming our happyness issues are resolved, it will take 13 turns to complete. Thoughts?

I do not approve of this for a couple of reasons:

First, Germany was, on the recent investigation, going to complete the SETI one turn before we could build it in Gorina. I would rather have the Manhattan Project as a backup so that we could at least get something for our efforts, should Germany beat us to SETI. In addition, the Manhattan project is being built in several foreign cities, one of which will almost certainly complete it before Thebes.

True so True. I only like the Nukes for there MAD Psycological Effect. MAD is Mutual Assured Destruction incase if you dont know .
