The NEW Civ2 Multiplayer List!

[Thunderfall]

The Civ2 Multiplayer List has been fully converted to a searchable database system. Now you can sort the player profiles any way you want: by name, Civ2 version, and country (you can also sort by email and ICQ number, but that's not very helpful IMO.

Since the last update, there have been 105 new signups, increasing the total number of players to over 700! Anyone who wants to play Civ2 Gold or Test of Time online is welcomed to join.

Has the old list been set up on the new database ? It asks me to register but I already added to that some time ago.
Will register add another entry ?

No, regisering will not add a new profile. if you have signup on the old list, there is no need to Add a new profile. But u do need to register to view the list.

Maybe for clearification, you could add to the page that for Ladder play, you have to signup also on the ladder page.

Is the list mentioned above the same as the ladder list, cause I've got the feeling I registered twice (though I'm not sure)

So I registered OK.

And I wanted to modify my entry cos I just got a copy of MGE but I couldnt get Modify to work.

So, you type your nick and hit Modify...right ?.....nothing happens

Did you add your profile yourself? If your profile was on the old list or added by me, you need to email the changes to me and I will modify it for you.

1x1x vs. 2x2x, game speed, king, deity...

OK TF - could you please remove the TOT from my account???? I have it, but I never play it!!!! And a lot of people add my ICQ because they want to play TOT!!!!!

I don't think this is necessary. Most people tend to play on king level, 2x2x...

But I will try to make a multiplayer list for Civ3 that'll include as much info as possible (after the game is released, of course). <IMG SRC="http://forums.civfanatics.com/ubb/smile.gif" border=0>
