The Official Hillary Clinton support thread

Good question. Where are they? ;)

She'll get a lot more support if she wins the Democratic nomination. Some people might be Leary of voting for her at first but she's a lot better than any of the leading Republican candidates. God help us if Rudy Ghouliani gets elected.

Ha ha, they paid 20 dollars to see her speech! Suckers!
Sane person wouldn't spend 1 cent to see a politician.

I don't support Hillary necessarily, as in she's not my first or second candidate of choice, but she does have many good views.

Hillary has given me the impression she is more moderate than Obama and Edwards. Thats a good thing.

Not quite as obsessive over Bush as Edwards and Obama.

Opposes the war in Iraq yet isn't afraid to stand by her original vote for it. Something conservatives and Obama/Edwards don't have the mental capacity to understand why its not a bad thing.

I'm not quite sure where energy and the environment are on her priority list, but hopefully high. Too soon to really tell.

She's been hyped up to be some deranged femnazi, and has proven otherwise so far during her candidacy.

She's never explained her Iraq war vote to my satisfaction, but just the same she seems to be intelligent, articulate, and competent...everything Bush isnt.

That and I'm hoping some way Bill could serve in her cabinet in some capacity; I want two for the price of one.

I don't know a lot about the subject, but I think Hillary Clinton is a very good candidate for being president of the US.

The problem is that I think US is too conservative for this. Even the simple fact that Hillary is female might put some conservative people off voting for her. And on top of that, not everyone agrees with her political views.

I don't think the people of the US are going to be ready for this kind of change so I don't think she will be elected. But if she will, then it is only going to be a change for the better.

If I were american I'd know who to vote for.

I agree, after the next round of voting, we'll see where she stands. She'll lose a lot for being female, but let's face it -- she'll gain too for that same reason. Also, the Clinton name will help, since many liked Bill. The rest may be people who feel Bush was too harsh and that we need to mellow a bit. How she would do in the 4 yrs will be critical of re-election. I see 4 and out.

Sorry, I could never support Hillary, anyone (just about ;) ) else would be better then her. I have yet to see any real "pure" motives from her, from her moving to New York just to become a senator to the speeches she's had and proclaimed herself to be it's plain she is not the person for me...

edit:

since many liked Bill
Says who? I haven't seen much of that and I live in a democrat area...

I would support Hillary if she was more like her husband.

Same here. And she'd be a shoo-in (electorally at least) if she had his talent for the more personal side of politics.

I can easily see why someone might support Hillary in the general, but I am MYSTIFIED why someone would prefer her as a #1 primary choice. Please clear this up for me. To me, a Hillary candidacy would be like the Kerry candidacy, I'd be voting for it not nec. because I was enthusiastic, but because I was terrified by the alternative.

Wow, this country is screwed. :(

Clinton and Paul... I'm starting to like the Bush/ Kerry match up.

Hey, Bush/Kerry was entertaining at times. Though, I suppose listening to Clinton face off against Paul would have its moments too.

But, yeah, we're screwed.
