Has anyone tried doing this? Epic map, Impossible Difficulty, Domination Victory and no cheesing the game via a local Barter planet?

Because I've done a few runs with it. It's not too difficult to get the ball rolling and cheesing the enemy fleets in less than 10 flights. Especially if you're only spending your energy on one ship rather than a whole fleet.

    Now the real challenge:

Getting the enemy to attack my homeworld! I've had it happen before but I didn't get the achievement! Someday it'll happen though!

I thought the game is already a one ship/fleet challenge :p.

Having a fleet already makes the game trivial enough. Having only one ship means you've got to play a bit more carefully. At least until you get Xeno Materials Level 6 and Level 8 Armour. Then the enemies will run away from you.

"Hutama, what does the scanner say about their hull strength level?"
    "It's over 900!" *smashes scanners*
