The partition of my third HDD is corrupted...

Well, to my horror, yesterday Windows stopped reading everything from my G: drive. I emailed tech support and found out that the partition is corrupted and that I will need to run the partition recovery tool in Windows. He gave me no information on the location of the tool

What I am wondering is, where is it?

YOu could try going to 'my computer', right-clicking on G:\ drive, choosing 'properties'. On the tab that comes up, choose 'tolls', then 'check for errors'.

May or may-not work....

The app simply exits out. Here's the error message I get when I try to enter my G:

The file directory is corrupted and unreadable.

EDIT:
I searched for that under Windows Search and it suggest running CHKDSK. It worked!
