Again, people keep in mind this is an Alternative History, and meant to be fun. At the same time, if you see any major mistakes, i.e. government types, leaders, etc. let us know, and we'd be happy to change it. Also, I'm happy to answer any story line questions you got-

@Zelet
No problem, and sorry about that.

@BananaLee
The Treaty of Jinan is more or less this-
Germany and America, in their relative Cold-War against Britain feared Britain's alliance with Japan. Britain was giving the Japanese military training, tech, etc.

To counter balance what the U.S. saw as a threat to its western coach, the U.S., and Germany (albeit it to a lesser extent) began doing the same thing to China- giving them tech, knowledge etc.

The result is a powerful China, and a East Asian nation that could take on Japan by itself.

Germany is here.

For your declaration of war on the nation of Austria-Hungary, I must now declare war on Russia.

As ever, we are loyal to the Commonwealth. We wish for direction on how to proceed in the coming years to best support the Commonwealth's efforts.

REUTERS WIRE REPORT

From South African Correspondent James Krige

The nation is abuzz at the coming 1915 elections, but the war in Europe may influence the outcome of the elections.

The South African Party is fairly entrenched in South African politics and is Boer dominated, which aims to advance Boer interests. It is expected to continue it's dominance for many elections to come.

The National Party was created by more extreme Boer nationalists, and want to expand Boer interests at the expense of other groups in South Africa. They have the potential to topple the South African Party's dominance.

The Labor Party is a socialist party.

The Unionist Party calls for greater relations with England and the protection of South African industries.

From: The Kingdom of Italy
To: Russia and Serbia

For your hostilities on my allies Austria-Hungary and Germany italy must send a formal declaration of war against your countries
From: The Kingdom of Italy
To: The United Kingdom of Great Britain, 3rd French Empire, Confederate States of America, Japan, and the Commonwealth

We urge you to not get involved in the war against Germany and Austria Hungary as that would force us to declare war apon you , so please choose peace and save your country men from death
Thank you,
Victor Emmanuel, King of Italy

Belgium has 150 Infantry Brigades.. Are these portions smaller than divisions, or is that a typo?

EDIT-Whups

From: The United States of America
To: Russia

We declare war on you in support of our allies in Europe.

From: The United States of America
To: The United Kingdom and France

We strongly suggest that you do not become involved in the war with Russia. We don't want things getting bloodier than they already will be and we don't want to be the ones to make you shed it.

It is a typo. They should have 15.

As for Germany, you do. Nuke did those stats, so I don't know what he would want for Germany. It's safe to say you have decent amount however.

EDIT: I checked, you have 9 Cavalry (which I assume is 90?), and 85 Artillery.

I recommend the ruleset be fixed so it doesn't include units that don't exist. Basically, it a copy/paste of EQ's rules from ABNW with a few small relevant pieces tacked on.

I am aware of things needing to be fixed, and I assure you they will be shortly

TO: The UK
From: Canada
CC: The rest of the Commonwealth

Canada has two things to put on the table.

1. Newfoundland and Labrador. As of now, they are a royal colony, directly ruled by His Majesty. I personally think that having them ruled like that is a waste of resources. They are far from the most profitable of the colonies (Those 'Feds will pay with anything for Negros), good for only fish and timber, which isn't important in this world anymore. I think it would do you better to allow us to turn Newfoundland and Labrador into a providence of Canada. They would be home ruled, and easier to manage.

2. We agree with other nations that it is with the best course not to involve ourselves over in Serbia. Our nation has been in war more often than not, and could be argued that we're the second most nation with their total time in existence is done in war, with the US being the first. The Victorian age, however, has seen much peace with us, and many nations have left us alone. Don't let this peace go.
