No, that is a very uneducated statement, we are beginning protected trade between these regions, were our merchants can trade goods at very fair rates, free from the fear of piracy, but if a nation is interested in becoming part of the common Belgium, Swedish and Portuguese Trade route they may apply to become a stop within the route, opeing them up to goods from Stockholm, Antwerp, Lisbon, Goa and Macau. How you read we were try to "own" international waters is far beyond me.

It is fairly simple. We do not equate cooperation with socialism. We equate these grandiose and pointless statements with lies and theft. Your "Congress of Nations" is like the little kid walking with soldiers who announces how they are the leader and the soldiers should follow him.

You keep claiming how you are "defending" this or that. How you are so concerned with the world. Perhaps you should mind what your citizens need instead of how you think the world should run and how you are the "right leaders" to oh so graciously try and limit the sovereignty of other nations for their own good.
