No, that is a very uneducated statement, we are beginning protected trade between these regions, were our merchants can trade goods at very fair rates, free from the fear of piracy, but if a nation is interested in becoming part of the common Belgium, Swedish and Portuguese Trade route they may apply to become a stop within the route, opeing them up to goods from Stockholm, Antwerp, Lisbon, Goa and Macau. How you read we were try to "own" international waters is far beyond me.
