Do we know what these grey buttons are for? Specifically, the lock.

Scroll and quill, probably Civics/Policy Cards.

Leaf I believe is Resources management (as per leaf graphic in the bottom right towards the end of the Shawnee stream)

Vase, assuming it’s Great Work/Codex management

Dove I think is religions/pantheons.

But the Lock? No idea. It’s an unlocked lock, so could it be like, unlocked successor civs?

The dove is definitely religion, as the same icon is used for the event to choose a Pantheon.

My guess for the lock is as you suggest: a screen tracking unlocks.
