(Edit: I noticed that you conduct regular challenges using the buffy mod. This is probably incompatible with the way that those work and this isn't one of those official challenges - so I guess you could call this a sidequest).
Hi guys, I'm not sure how many civ4 players are still out there, but...
If you have some experience in playing One City Challenge games, you are going to like this one.
Since OCC games on Zulan's Online Server are rare these days, i tried playing it vs AI on deity. I found a setup that seems winnable - playing France on the EarthEvolution3 map by fullerene, on quick speed, with always peace on and only Space Race allowed as a victory - though in my last game, I fell short by 2 turns (probably due to me building 5 casings).
I will give you a start autosave, so that you can try it yourself. Maybe there's someone better than me out there that can achieve a victory.
I will also provide you with the map, in case you want to tweak the setup a bit.
I know there aren't that many players out there anymore - but hopefully, at least one person will enjoy this

Notes:
- Although this is technically a normal BTS game, due to it requiring more than 18 AIs, it uses a Mod that modifies one DLL to allow that. The Mod is very small and I'll include it here.
- I recommend placing the capital 1 tile south.
- Usual online rules don't apply. Feel free to build Pyramids, Oracle, or the Great Library if you want.
