LOL u r makin me laugh so hard my brane hurts!!!!!!!!

But in all seriousness, I'm happy to be on a team that's willing to not take themselves so seriously. This is, after all, just a game (but a pretty complex one!)

I'm sorry, sir, but this is The Game and we are you know Epsilon and as members of a team we shall remember that Epsilon is all, and that all is Epsilon! There is no weakness among our glorious team! Commitments to be Epsilon above all! Nothind else will be tolerated!

You did read our EULA right? You didn't? Oh well, tough "beans" as they say. Should have read the small print more carefully...

    Apparently so, Ken!

I guess word reached Australia before it happened here in the states. But I'd be pretty surprised to wake up tomorrow and not see more word of this... maybe even something *official* :(

I'll replace Ginger Ale and Regentman if I have to, but this game will go on. I'll ask Sullla and Sirian to replace them.

Maybe this rumor is true then! :dubious:

Well I'm glad that Rik will step in if needed. :mischief:

Guess we'll just have to sit back and wait to see what happens. :coffee:

Well the game really only needs to go to 1AD because by the Epsilon Team will have won :king: .... Although single player is no indication og MTDG, we have alot of strong players on this team, with many good ideas ... I am gettign anxious again now that I finished the nightmare that was GOTM 4

    Fantastic news RIK

While it will be a pity to not be administered by Ginger_Ale and Regentman, I'm sure Sullla and Sirian will be equally as active and fair as I have found our previous admins to be :(

The important thing is that the game will continue

    Thanks for the heads-up!

I will be purchasing the mac version as soon as our new macbook arrives

Did any of you read Daveshack's post about the intersite team game? I'm pretty interested if it goes pitboss. But I've never played pitboss, so I'd prefer to back someone.

    Memphus?..

    Dave?...

    G_W?....

    Bueller?.....

I read about it a bit so the Peter We would each have a Civ? Or be on a team?

18 civs divided into a CFC team and a STG team, 9 individuals on each. I have already signed up for CFC team (STG has 9 players already IIRC).

I bought, installed, and played most of a game of Civ4 last night - achieving my first CS Sling (on Settler difficulty though). :D

Why didn't anybody ever insist that I buy this game sooner?

@Memphus - I believe that two people could be a civ, playing for the CivFanatics team of 9 civs. I only ask to be paired with someone because I think that makes the game more fun (for me, at least ;))

Also, it would make the time requirement easier to bear if split between two people.

Also, I'm not a terrifically strong player :)

@GB - I thought it was self-evident that cIV is a tremendous fun!

So now we have another team memeber who can really contribute now :goodjob: Yeah the game is awsome

..until you lose your first 99.8% battler  ...but then you win two 10% in a row and life is good :D
