This is similar to JFD's World According to Modders, but instead I'm making designs for a lot of people in the community in an effort to represent them as a Civilization. :D The Designs are below this post. for future reference.
 
Decided to revive this dead thread with more updated and newer designs. :D

The Empire of JFD and Janboruta (JFD)

UA: The Civilization Project -
Whenever a Golden Age :c5goldenage: dawns gain a free Janboruta :c5greatperson: near the Capital and gain a permanent +3 Culture :c5culture: per turn bonus. Janborutas :c5greatperson: and Great Coders :c5greatperson: are earned +25% faster.

UU: Janboruta -
Replaces Great Artist. Can create a "Great Mod" tile improvement that provides +2 Culture :c5culture: and +1 Production :c5production: when worked.

UU: Great Coder -
Replaces Great Writer. Can create a "SQL Database" tile improvement providing +2 Production :c5production: when worked, however, this increases to +4 Production :c5production: during Golden Ages :c5goldenage:.

The Colonialist Empire (TPangolin)

UA: Histories of The New World -
When a new city is founded gain a unique Luxury Resource next to the founded city. For each Worker currently making or fixing a tile improvement in one of your borders provide the city with +1 Production :c5production:.

UU: Pre-Colonial Warrior -
Replaces Spearman. When attacking a unit owned by a civilization with more Culture :c5culture: output than your's gain Culture :c5culture: based on their current output.

UU: Colonial Infantry -
Replaces the Great War Infantry. When this unit is garrisoned in one of your cities provide the city with +6 City Defense :c5strength: and provide +2 Production :c5production: to it as well.

The Empire of Civilizations (Pouakai)

UA: More Civilizations! -
Upon the creation of a Great Work :greatwork: gain Golden Age :c5goldenage: points and progress towards your cities' current Production :c5production:. Settlers claim more territory when founding a city.

UU: Great Modder -
Replaces the Great Scientist. Can build a "Civilization Pack" tile improvement which yields +2 Science :c5science: and +3 Production :c5production:.

UU: Ancient Warrior-
Replaces the Spearman. Whenever this unit attacks :c5war: a city that is in a further era :c5science: than yours deal +25% more Damage.

Mythological Kingdoms (Arison)

UA: Old Gods, New Faith -
Once an another civilization's city is fully converted to your Pantheon or Religion :c5faith: gain a conversion bonus granting Culture :c5culture: and Faith :c5faith: which increases with your Faith output. Missionaries are 50% Cheaper than normal.

UU: Norsemen -
Replaces the Swordsman. Unlike the Swordsman it replaces, the Norsemen have +1 Movement :c5moves: and +35% Strength :c5strength: against Cities and Encampments. When the Norsemen unit is defeated in a battle, you lose a sum of Faith depending on the damage taken.

UB: Hörgr -
Replaces the Shrine. Upon the adoption of a Pantheon or Religious Belief grant your empire with a random "Blessing of The Gods" which gives either Gold :c5gold:, Food :c5food: or Culture :c5culture: depending on the adopted belief(s).

Oh boy, I'm probably gonna have a horribly faith based one if it ever happens.
 
You're coming in my next set which I'm working on now. ;)

And I feel like this is going to be horribly inaccurate or bang on. No middle ground.
