    I just had a peek at the Eoladi. Using empatic/senate, it's very easy to set up a massive number of treaties !
    Then these fishes (at turn 15 I have al treaties except for alliances) propose an exchange. They offer NOTHING while I should declare war on NO. Ehrm :crazyeye: ...

    btw if you sign an intelligence treaty, you trade maps as well.

    AI will often offer stupid things that next turn they are unable to offer

    ie impose sanctions, pay tribute, issue war - its either a bug or a design flaw

    Its a chance that this was a gift - ?
