25. You came in those underpants? You're braver than I thought.

Good ones. I hope the fact that I laughed doesn't get me too closely associated with Juize.

I don't know whats more disturbing: the fact that I laughed at this or the fact that I recognised and could complete every line mentioned

hmmm, considering i only saw my first starwars movie 3 mnths back, (episode 1), i don't really get those.

Ha! I saw the movie, I remember some of them. These are funny. Maybe Juize created these...

Scorch- These are from the Original and the two after, which I never saw. I don't really like the idea of all the sequels and prequels, they seem quite, uninteresting to me...

LOL!!!!

Thinking about it, I recognized about two thirds of these sentences. It's quite a while since I've seen them, though.

Scorch, you are missing out if you don't make time to see the original three Star Wars movies. First of all they are absolute classics. Second, the prequels will probably make a lot more sense to you. They might stand alone and make a good story, but they are being written with the fact that most everyone has access to the originals in mind. In 2 and 3 this is likely to be more critical. Third, there is no Jar Jar Binks type character. In short, see these movies.

As far as sequels go, the three Timothy Zahn books were good, but most everything after that starts to get repetitive.

Yeah, I recognized every line too.

hmmm k.

I thought the episode 1 was quite dumb, i couldn't see the buzz.
It was an incrediably light movie, no deep plot, it wasn't really action, and it wasn't funny, it was weird. Oh well, maybe i'll watch an original oneday.

That could be because the story in full effect will need to be taken as a whole of the three movies. I'm not sure, and part of my enjoyment of episode one is that it was giving the background for the "real" story.

Popularity of a movie to modern culture does not make it good or worth watching, but it does point in that direction. The first three were extremely popular. I can't promise that you will like them, but I think that you might, and the investment is only a dollar or two at the video store and a couple of hours to watch the first one. Take the plunge.:D

:rotfl:

I've only seen the german versions of the "first" (i still call them that :E) three Star Wars movies but I recognize some of those lines :D

This is almost a case of a generation gap; those who know these lines being (slightly) older than those who don't. Almost like those "if you remember...." for the 80's e-mails circulating.

Are you showing your youth Scorch? Especially because the star wars trilogy seemed to get blasted over NZ TV virtually every xmas period without fail, and I can't imagine that there's much in Te Puke to keep you away from TV?

On SkyMovies here in Ireland we get to see all 4 StarWars movies around twice a week.

Hmmm. Big news for you all. There's no TV in this household, which probably explains why I havn't seen Starwars :D
