Start a game and play slowly. People will help you.

1. Post initial screenshot and ask for advice on where to settle.
2. Play 20 turns and then STOP PLAYING. Wait for advice before continuing.
3. Play another 20-ish turns and then STOP PLAYING. Wait for advice before continuing...

...

Usually after 100 or so turns, you are on a solid footing and can play to finish.

Try not to play 100 turns and then ask for advice. Earlier turns are more important than later ones.

You can also stop at any point if a decision comes up, even after just 1t.
Prolly best to start another game for private play and using your full learning game only for advice and questions (not playing on out of curiosity).
