Our last plan of the lake-settler seems to be countered.

A galley in the lake has been sunk. It wasn't the settler-galley, but it proves that C3B has put up a city between the sea and the lake and can (and has) attack(ed).

We've lost "Home of the Brave", formerly known as "East Point".

The Wabbits capture Home of the Brave. CFC now officialy turned into a tribe of wandering nomads..

It's over. If not now than next turn or the turn after. We have no more hope of deceiving the others with the lake settler-galley.

So we have to ask ourselves:

Throw in the towel and congratulate CDZ, CGN and C3B on their victory? Or do we go on till we are really dead ?

When we get the turn, disembark theh units so that they are ready to be attacked, die, and congratulate the others with the victory.

I agree with Cheetah: don't give up, but unload the settler, so that the game also actually ends, for us.

If we unload the Settler, do you realize we will be surrendering to C3B troops? Is that going to sit well with everyone, considering our contempt for some of their actions?

It would be one thing if we were to surrender to the teams that actually conquered us, but granting C3B the poetic justice of accepting our surrender is not the way to go IMHO. Instead let them pick off our galleys one by one...it won't be long now.

If we disband the C3B settler; we'll be out of the game, without surrendering. The thought behind this thread is not "how or to whom do we surrender", but "do we throw the towel".

I'm sure we can find a creative way to throw the towel, if we decide to throw it.

Well, if the intention was to surrender, it should have been done 5 turns ago. Now is not a very good time imho but really, don't know.
