Just a quick one noticed today which is easily replicated and hopefully easily rectified.
When hovering over a hex/tile the tooltip displays after around 1 second. If you place down a map pin the tooltips no longer display. The only way that I have found to resolve the bug is to re-load your save. EDIT: Alt+Tabbing out of the game and using a different application also resolves the issue (at least until you place another map pin).
Bit annoying as the map pins seem like a great new feature but I'm reluctant to use them when they interfere with the tooltips.
