All browsers. It forces the cache to update with a current load from the server.

It's possible that your Chrome for whatever reason isn't playing ball with that idea. Try doing it with the Developer Console open first (press F12).

Well I had to manually delete the cache in the settings but that did the trick.

The smiley forum I belonged to was owned and run by someone who encouraged us to be as creative as we wanted yet for some reason he got stuck on the spring daffodil smiley set as the board default.

I'm not a fan of daffodils at Christmas.
