Timeout uploading large mod?

I'm trying to upload a mod that sits roughly around ~70mb to Steam Workshop, but each time I do I end up getting a timeout error and it fails. I've seen some fairly large mods on Steam so it should be possible, but it just doesn't seem to want to work for me. Does anyone have any solution to this?

You might want to try closing the whole application down and restarting it if you haven't tried that already.

Tried that, as well as verifying cache and restarting my PC. No luck with any of them

You might have to give somebody else your account so they can upload it if all fails. Best you can do is keep trying if no one can think of an alternative.

Is the description also very long? I got consistent upload errors when my description was larger than what you can manually set using the Workshop's own interface. Trimming the description down fixed it.

I had this problem also. When I shortened my description I was successful.

I'm not sure if it was shortening the description or waiting a bit, but it seemed to work - thanks for your help!
