As you may or may not know, my last two modding projects have been fun, but typically time delayed, which knocks down the fun factor a few pegs. It has been a while, though, and I'm prepared to moderate a quality NES over the summer on a logical two week schedule. However, I need your input on which project to pursue.

TNESII: The Sorrowful Mysteries - A continuation of TNESI: The Glorious Mysteries, after a 50-75 year BT, carrying the world through the Italian Diaspora, Republican Wars, Dissolution of the Irish Empire/Founding of Avalon, and many more wars and events.

Pre-BT Map: http://img236.imageshack.us/my.php?image=tnesiupdate6mapxa5.png

TNESII: Terra Nova - I create a map of the world, circa 1850, vastly diverging from the current day. Not only do you participate in the NES, but you literally make it...players will design the history and culture of the existing nations, and fully participate in the rule creation process.

Sample In Progress: http://img396.imageshack.us/my.php?image=podmap2hk3.png

PureNES: Years of Excelsior - A continuation of the previous cradle-based story NES, after a 200 year BT bringing society through the Bronze Age collapse. (I will return to moderate PureNES at a much later date, if either of the other two options win out.)

Implied subtext: "In Progress" was and is a total lie, otherwise you wouldn't be willing to throw away the work. ;)

The 2nd option seems most interesting.

Years of Excellsior because I really liked my Nation of Tevanii haha

Funnily enough, you happen to be wrong.
I did say implied. That's really just quite bizarre then, even if it could be reactivated at some vastly future date.

I vote for the continuation of TNES I.

TNESII: The Sorrowful Mysteries. The Lion Throne of Spain demands it.

Not necessarily, since I'd eventually return to the project later. How much progress was made is relative, though. :p

TNES I was great. I'd hate to see the Irish Empire dissolved, but I would also love to see that NES ressurected.

The Republic of Avalon is in many ways more effective than her prececessor, though Ireland itself remains under occupation.

If Option 1 wins, I'll start posting the BT summary in the Alternate History Thread in installments.

And how fares the Golden Horde?

The European one, not so well. The Eastern Horde manages to rip apart what remains of Persia, force itself into the Panjab, and just gets into the Gangetic Plain before fracturing into several successor states. I'll detail the whole situation in the timeline.

The European one can go to hell and burn there, their traitorous wannabe's for being Christian. Scum. The Eastern one and its situation sounds promising.
