Mistakes of this magnitude ruined the game for me. Sure stat errors or something else maybe. But saying I am at war with a super power. hats just not cool.

NAP = Non Aggression Pact usually for some defined number of turns. 3 or 5 is the typical number and then they can be renewed should both parties want. We could start with a 3 turn NAP.

MPP = Mutual Protection Pact = Defensive alliance should one signee be attacked the other will declare war on the aggressor.

Why are mods so bloody lazy lately? Dis left his NES for the dead, EQ left TWO NESes for the dead, Drake killed his, and you can't update stats. Rather distressing on the whole.
