To-do list

Without wishing to tread on anyone's old size nines, I thought it would be helpful to list everything that needs to be done. The sooner we start the more we'll learn.

1. Agree on the rules
2. Get a good-sized list of DPs
3. Choose our starting conditions
4. Pick the first DP
5. Set a date for the first session
6. Notify the second DP of their expected deadline
7. Play!

In addition:

• Post our intentions in the main Demogame forum
• Decide to what extent the game should be recorded - should DP's be required to keep a log of some description?
• Decide how to deal with people leaving/joining the DP rotation. I'm all for appending new DP's to the end of the list in the order they appear.
