Tooltip on Great Engineer Hurry Production mission

Using GEM 1.7.9 /CivUP 2.0.46 the tooltip on Great Engineers Hurry Production mission says "Gives (200 + 30 * [ICON_CITIZEN] Population) [ICON_PRODUCTION] Production to the city's current effort. It consumes the Great Person."

Following GEM 1.6.15 /CivUP 2.0.43 this was changed to 200 + 30*population production.

Thanks for bringing this up. This should be fixed in Gem v1.9.1.
