Is there a comprehensive list of what ToT scenario advances correspond to the vanilla ones? (i.e. Hierarchy in Sci-Fi being that scenario's version of Monarchy)

While there are detailed lists of vanilla ToT techs on the SL wiki.. I'm not aware of ones for the Scifi or Fantasy scenarios.
Not a great solution but I guess you could line up the 2 rules files next to each other in notepad windows to work out what equals what as I had to do that for a MGE scenario recently to diagnose an issue.

If you strip out everything but the tech part of Rules.txt, you should be able to just load the techs as a CSV file into Excel/Google Sheets/Apple Numbers and then combine the three spreadsheets
