Trade bug

Possibly this has been discussed. I signed a treaty with an AI where I exchanged 1 luxury resource for one of my strategic ones. When it ended - or perhaps the AI canceled it - every turn after after that I kept getting a pop-up that the treaty had been canceled - and the horse I was trading kept incrementing.

Anyone seen this before?

Did this happen post-patch? This was a bug before the patch (patch .61 or something like this). I got 125 iron before it stopped. I haven't seen this with the patch though.
