Trade Opportunities for VP

With the last couple of beta incarnations of VP (including 5-19), this mod's info table is blank.
What do you mean? Can you post some screenshot? I have 5-24 installed and everything seems to be fine.

YEah it seems to work fine for me. The only thing is that the "1" values are often misleading, as its quite common when you go to the civ they don't actually have any of that resource currently....but that's been a thing for several versions (I actually didn't know this modmod was in active development, else I would have brought it up sooner).

Oh and while I have the author on the thread, thank you, this modmod is AMAZING! Saves me a good bit of time:)

"1s" mean:
  • that you have the last and only one copy. They are green/yellow.
  • that player has the copy traded from another player and even if he wanted, he couldn't sell it or he has his only copy, so that's why you do not see anything in trade screen. He will not sell you this at any cost. They are brown.

I think what I'm really look for is a color that means: They have 1 copy right now that they could sell. That is the probably the biggest thing missing at the moment.

So just to ensure clarity of what I am talking about, take a look at these screenshots:

Even though both say 1 and are the same color, in scenario there is a resource available I could buy, in the other there is not. I wish there was color coding to differentiate these two scenarios.

I'm not sure. The fact that that one copy will or will not be selled is based on your diplomacy. I don't know how to check that and add to this mod. You must ask each player for that one copy and verify that by yourself.

It's rather unlikely that any AI player would sell last one copy of luxury resource risking happiness disaster. I tried few times and even giving them thousands of gold didn't convience them.

Anyone else have trouble running this mod in the latest (2.6) version? Its telling me I don't have a dependency available.

Do you have latest version of TO? I had no problems with it.

I assume it is compatible with Infoaddict (as they are separate mods :) )

Thank you for all the work on these fantastic mods!

This might not be possible for now. File name and tag conflicts. But you can always check.

Can confirm that the newest version is not compatible with Info Addict. It pulls the same file names for the graphing, which is absolutely criminal. With that said however, the newest version is looking incredibly sexy and I look forward to it being fixed. But until a fix is out, I will be using the previous version to run with IA, as I am quite simply, an addict.

The difference is that Info Addict gives info you're not supposed to know, while this one does not.
Very true. To be honest I don't really end up using info addict that way, honestly most of the time I am just reading the World factbook to immerse. And there is just SOMETHING about line graphs 😩 This seems like an amazing combination of IA and Global Relations. Perhaps the World Factbook could be worked in a way that you only see another civs demographics if they allow it, or you force them to
