This is an international trade route.
City A sends trade route to B. City A has modifier City B doesn't. I want to change City B's trade yields.
I was wondering if anyone knew an effect or modifier that would do this. To my understanding
MODIFIER_SINGLE_CITY_ADJUST_TRADE_ROUTE_YIELD_TO_OTHERS only works if you are the one receiving the trade route.
Specifically I'm trying to make a modifier such that trading with a city causes that city to lose gold. I thought it would be a cool way to interact. Like I could purposely send some player I hate a bunch of trade routes originating from city with said modifier and bankrupt them.
