Trade Route Automation Mod

Trade route management is begging for a good automation mod. People are making mods to change or reduce trade routes, which is fine if you think the game is broken. Lengthening the time a trade route lasts has some benefits and problems. What we really need is a mod that:

* allows you to set priorities for what kind of routes you want (e.g. set a relative value weight to each of production, science, energy, and food)
* automatically evaluates each trade route and scores it by summing the weighted values
* automatically chooses the highest priority route for a city as the largest weighted sum

At a minimum, the automation process could have an on/off toggle so that you can take manual control. A settings screen is needed to update priorities. It would be really great to have a trade routes screen showing all routes that might allow manual control of some routes and individual priorities for cities.

The screen could show how many turns are left for the current choice, what the route is providing, and the faction and city it is connected with (admittedly, there is a screen, but I have not looked for it yet).

An advanced priority method could be to choose (or prioritize with weighting) what factions are allowed for trades to help planning for war to avoid having routes plundered. Zero weight for a faction or a trade good means do not consider them for a route.

I should write this mod myself, and maybe I will--but if someone wants to do it, feel free. Of course, if you add ideas for how to make this work, I or some other enterprising person may include them in the mod :).
